Please read these terms carefully before using ke99. By registering or logging in to the platform, you are agreeing to all of these rules.
1 General Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ke99 platform and its websites, apps and related services ("Platform"). ke99 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games and sports betting services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. In the case of multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same household, ke99 reserves the right to suspend or close any or all of those accounts.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds or bonuses.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (password, OTP) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the ke99 support team immediately.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ke99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). No other payment methods are currently accepted.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Funds are generally sent within 10–45 minutes after a withdrawal request is approved. If verification is required, this timeframe may increase slightly.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have sufficient verified information. ke99 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents when necessary.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at ke99, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion may be claimed once only.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will be cancelled.
- ke99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.3 VIP Program
ke99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Based on regular play, you can advance to the next tier and receive weekly cashback — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver and 1.2% at Gold.
5 Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
ke99 operates on a fair play policy. All games on the platform are powered by independent software and outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bot or automated method
- Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the system
- Using another user's account
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform
- Attempting to gain an advantage through any illegal or fraudulent means
5.3 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and the user's account tier. ke99 reserves the right to change bet limits for any specific game.
6 Account Suspension & Closure
6.1 ke99's Rights
ke99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- Operating an account while being a minor
6.2 User's Right to Close Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting the ke99 support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed.
7 Responsible Gaming
ke99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of income or an escape from stress.
